The 8 o’clock Good morning
Before you head out, on your phone: what’s on today, tomorrow and a week from now. And who you haven’t heard from: vitaHUB learns how often you talk to each client, and tells you when it’s been too long.
Clients knows who you work with and where every deal stands. The Board knows what needs doing, the Calendar when, the Cashflow how much has come in. And you tell Vita however it comes out.
You and Marco on the Board and Clients. Your accountant sees Cashflow and invoices, without being able to touch them.
Before you head out, on your phone: what’s on today, tomorrow and a week from now. And who you haven’t heard from: vitaHUB learns how often you talk to each client, and tells you when it’s been too long.
Whoever fills in the form on your site lands in Clients by themselves, with name, phone and message, and you get a notification. The next step is one tap: “Tomorrow”. It becomes a task on the Board, and tomorrow it reminds you.
“Invoice 12 from Studio Rossi paid, €1,850”: Vita puts it in Cashflow, with the client and the date. “Quote for Bianchi Srl by Tuesday” becomes a task on the Board, already linked to the contact.
Fifteen minutes before your meeting with Studio Rossi, your phone shows what you need: where the deal stands, what’s left to do, the last note, and that Paolo’s birthday is on Wednesday.
Back in vitaHUB after the call, Vita asks. You tell her out loud, and she suggests the note, the deal marked won and the next step. You confirm line by line and save.
You invite Marco and choose what he sees: Board and Clients yes, Cashflow no. On each task you pick “Who does it?”, and his initials stay on the card.
Studio Rossi’s domain expires at the end of the month, and you hear about it a month ahead. “Remind the client” opens WhatsApp with the message ready, “Renewed” puts the income into Cashflow. Your accountant sees it, without being able to touch it.
On Friday the task “Check the week’s takings” comes back on its own. In Cashflow you find the month’s income, expenses and balance; on Sunday the weekly summary arrives by email.
One line per thing, nothing hidden. Today it’s all included in the free plan.
And: data stored in Europe with encrypted daily backups, sign-in with Google or email, Italian and English.
The work space starts with the Board already written. Clients lets you pick the stages closest to your business, and Projects and Board have their own templates. One tap to see what’s inside.
For each trade the template is already made to measure: a surveyor’s stages are not a web agency’s.
Every trade has its own day, its own stages and its own page to share with clients. Pick yours: the space starts ready.
Yes. Each business has its own space, with its own partners, staff and permissions. You switch from one to the other in a tap.
Yes, read-only: they see Cashflow and invoices, not Clients or the Board, and can’t change anything.
No. vitaHUB doesn’t send invoices to the Sistema di Interscambio: those stay in the software you already use. Here you mark what has been paid and what hasn’t, and your accountant sees it.
With an API key, from Settings → API. There’s ready-made code for WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Forms and HTML: whoever fills in the form lands in Clients, in the first stage.
From Google Contacts you take them all or one at a time, read-only. From Excel you bring them over with a CSV.
Only what you choose: you can give someone Board and Clients and hide Cashflow from them. Change it whenever you like, from People or from the Share button in each section.
Free, no card. Invite partners, staff and your accountant whenever you like.
The month’s money, subscriptions, the dentist and birthdays live in one app instead of five. You tell Vita the way it comes to you, and every morning at 8 your phone tells you what’s on.
A space that’s yours alone. Gym and phone go out on the 5th, the dentist is on Tuesday at 10, Sara’s birthday is on 3 November.
On your phone, before your coffee: the dentist at 10, the bill due tomorrow and Sara’s birthday in a week. Dad is there too: you usually hear from him every week, and you haven’t called in 12 days. Nothing on, nothing sent.
The power bill was waiting on the Board with its amount. You pay it, tick it, and with “Record in Cashflow” it goes into your expenses. Gym and phone you wrote just once, with “Repeat”: on the 5th of every month they record themselves and show up in the Calendar.
At the petrol station you tell Vita “filled up, 50 euros”, and the expense goes into Cashflow, under Transport. “Dinner at Sara’s Friday at 20:30” ends up in the Calendar. And if you ask her how much you spent in October, she answers in one line, with the biggest items.
Your car insurance expires on 28 November, and the reminder comes a month ahead. You renew it, tap “Renewed” and the €420 goes into Cashflow, while the expiry moves to 2027. At the top of Renewals you see what the things that come back every year cost you each month.
You wrote your habits to Vita in the Hub just once, for example “abitudine: read 20 minutes”, with the command word in Italian. From then on one tick a day is enough, and Focus counts your streak and how many times you made it in the last month. Next to them are the week’s goals, two out of three done.
In the Hub, the Financial Pulse brings together the month’s income and spending, the year’s balance and the trend over the last six months. Below it is the budget closest to its limit, and if someone is sitting next to you, the eye hides the amounts.
The coming week has four tasks with a due date and no time. “Organize” puts them in your free time, important ones first, away from lunch and dinner, and with “Spread across the week” it spreads them over the least busy days. You look, drop one if you like, confirm.
Sara’s birthday lives in Contacts, and every year it shows up in the Calendar on its own. The Good morning told you last Tuesday, in time for a present. Today next to her name there’s “Send wishes”, which opens WhatsApp with the message ready.
One line per thing, nothing hidden. Today it’s all included in the free plan.
And: data stored in Europe with encrypted daily backups, sign-in with Google or email, Italian and English.
The personal space starts with the Board already written: four lists with real things to clear with a tick. “New list” has seven ready-made templates. One tap to see what’s inside.
The lists you save yourself, like your beach packing list, appear next to these with the “Yours” badge.
The same space, nine ways to use it. Everyone starts from what they need most.
No. Nobody sees it until you invite someone. If one day you want to, share just one section, say the Calendar, and the rest stays yours.
Today Vita records it just once. To have it come back every month, add it in Cashflow with “+ New transaction” and choose “Repeat”. From then on it records itself on the right day, and you see it in the Calendar.
As a notification on your phone, from 8 o’clock, if you’ve turned notifications on there. On iPhone you need iOS 16.4 or later, with vitaHUB on the Home Screen. It doesn’t come by email, and on days with nothing to say it doesn’t come at all.
Connect Google Contacts from the gear in Contacts, and vitaHUB reads your address book without changing anything on Google. Birthdays show up in the Calendar on their own, every year. The first time, Google warns that the app isn’t verified, and you carry on from “Advanced”.
Better not. Work has its own space, with its own people and permissions. You bring its calendars into your personal space with “+ From another of your spaces”: only you see them, and the events stay there.
Only the sentence you write to Vita and today’s date, to work out what it’s about. Your name, contacts and accounts stay out, and vitaHUB works out the answers to your questions itself. The sentence goes to DeepSeek, which processes data in China, so write anything that mustn’t leave straight into its section. We keep a log of the sentences, and whoever runs vitaHUB sees the latest ones Vita didn’t understand.
Free, no card. The space is yours alone, and you share it only if you want to.
Everyone writes what’s missing from the fridge, and whoever goes out says so with one tap. The Calendar flags when nobody can take Luca to football. Household spending shows who paid, and grandma’s birthday reaches your phone a week ahead.
You and Anna have an account, Luca and Sofia don’t, and they don’t need one. Grandma Rita is in Contacts, with her birthday.
Before breakfast your phone shows what’s on today, tomorrow and in a week. Today the permission slips to sign and Sofia’s paediatrician, tomorrow the car tax, in a week grandma Rita’s 80th. Nothing on, nothing sent.
On Thursday Luca has football at 17:00, and you and Anna are both busy. Luca and Sofia are marked “Needs someone to take them” in People, so the Calendar flags Thursday as early as Monday. Anna moves her meeting to 15:00 and the flag goes away. If you’re both still busy when training ends, it also flags “Who picks up Luca?”.
On your lunch break you tell Vita however it comes out. “Sofia has swimming on Friday at 16:30” goes in the Calendar under Sofia, who has no account. If swimming is every Friday, choose “Repeat” in the event. “Anna paid 68 euros for school lunches” goes in Cashflow as paid by Anna, even though you wrote it.
In Ideas there’s the “Christmas presents” note, which you all read. For the surprises you make a list of your own and turn on “Only I can see it”. For Anna that list doesn’t exist: she won’t find it on the Board, in search, in Vita or in the Good morning.
The dripping tap has been sitting in “Home repairs” for weeks. You ask Vita who the good plumber was. She answers from the household address book: the last job, what it cost and how it went. When you log the new job on his card, the expense goes into Cashflow on its own, under Home.
You tap “I’m going shopping” before heading out, and Anna gets a notification. On your phone the list opens full screen, split by aisle. When Anna adds yogurt for Sofia, your phone buzzes. At the till “Shopping done” takes off what you got and puts €38.60 in Cashflow, under Groceries.
In the family Cashflow every expense has the dot of whoever paid it, and the “Who paid” panel does the month’s sums. You turn it on once, with “Track who paid” in the Cashflow gear. You wrote the rent once with “Repeat”, and on 1 November it’s already in both your calendars.
The birthday sits on Grandma Rita’s card, in Contacts, and shows up in the calendar on its own, for Anna too. The Good morning told you last Monday, yesterday and this morning. Today “Send wishes” sits at the top of Contacts and opens WhatsApp with the message ready.
One line per thing, nothing hidden. Today it’s all included in the free plan.
And: data stored in Europe with encrypted daily backups, sign-in with Google or email, Italian and English.
The family space starts with four lists of real things. “New list” has seven household templates, plus the ones you save. Tap a template to see what’s inside.
The templates you save are visible to everyone in the space. A secret list can’t be saved as a template.
The same family space, in different homes. Each one starts from what it needs most.
No. In People you add them with a name, no email and no password. They have their own colour in Calendar and Board, and when they’re older you link them to their account without losing anything.
She sees the sections you let her see, and you change them from People or from “Share”. For presents there’s the secret list. Turn on “Only I can see it” and for her that list doesn’t exist.
No, you see it in the Calendar. It shows up in the People view and in Week, 3 days and Day, as soon as the plan is on the calendar. Just mark Luca “Needs someone to take them” in People. Mark Sofia too: anyone not marked counts as someone who can take him.
Yes, if she also has vitaHUB on her phone with notifications on. Everyone gets it with the sections they see. On iPhone you need iOS 16.4 or later, with vitaHUB on the Home Screen.
Yes. The family space is separate from your personal space, and Anna has hers. Everyone can have one personal space and one family space, and as many work spaces as they like.
Yes, if you say so. “Anna paid 68 euros for school lunches” ends up in Cashflow as paid by Anna. Expenses that come back, like rent, you write once in Cashflow with “Repeat”. Vita records them one at a time.
Free, no card. Invite Anna whenever you like, add Luca and Sofia with just their names.
